Custom Orders

 

Because our products are custom-made to fit your windows, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or ordering errors. Please double-check your measurements and product selections before placing an order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll happily repair or replace it at no cost. Cancellations
