At Proscreens, we aim to get your custom solar screens delivered safely and on time.

 

Processing Time

All of our solar screens are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Free shipping on all orders over $100.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia.

​

Standard Shipping $10 : 3–7 business days after dispatch.

​

Express Shipping (optional) $20 : 1–3 business days after dispatch​.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please: Take clear photos of the packaging and product Contact us within 48 hours of delivery We’ll work with you to fix the issue promptly.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you're located near Medina, WA, we offer free local pickup. Select this option at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.
