Please double-check your measurements before ordering — we are not responsible for incorrect details submitted by the customer.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required at checkout via our secure payment system.
Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Shipping

5. Refunds & Returns
Because all screens are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect measurements.

6. 12 month Warranty
We proudly offer a 12 month warranty on all our solar screens. This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Material faults under normal use
It does not cover:
Damage caused by incorrect installation
Accidental damage, misuse, or weather-related events (e.g. using chemicals to clean)
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We'll assess the claim and repair or replace the product as needed.
